In the Email section under the Batch billing setup field, you can set the intro message to be sent to your customers who have batch billing enabled.

On this page, you can personalize the messaging and tailor it to include specific details about the completed jobs.

Accessing the Batch billing email settings

Go to Setup β†’ Batch billing β†’ Email to access the email setup page for batch billing.


​1. This is the email address you want customers to reply to. If left blank, the organization email will be used instead.

2. Personalize your batch billing intro message using the pre-defined sample merge tags. These merge tags allow you to dynamically insert customer-specific or organization-related information into your messages, making them more relevant and engaging.

3. This is where you can customize the whole messaging. The message you set here will be the default messaging in the Preview and Send page upon job completion but can be changed according to your preference. This message will appear as the intro message in the email for customers with batch billing enabled.​

4. Click the Preview Email option to check how the email will appear to the customer. Click the Save button to apply all changes.
