Managing Equipment Templates
This section allows you to create and manage equipment templates that are used when adding new equipment to the system. Templates pre-populate commonly used details and reduce manual data entry.
Go to Setup → Equipment → Templates.
Click on the New Template button at the top right corner of the page.
Enter the template details like the Equipment Type, Product Name, Brand, Serial Number, Warranty period in days, and Notes.
Click on the Save button.
The template can be used when adding new equipment to the pool details page.
If you select the Create from template option, you should see the template in the drop-down list.
