You can split an invoice with multiple line items between the pool's linked contacts. This is especially useful if the serviced pool is managed by a real estate agency or is being rented out. You can set up separate messaging for each invoice recipient in the Preview & send screen.
Split Invoice
1. In the preview and send screen, tap on the Split bill or Change Recipient option.
2. Select the other contact to whom you want to split the invoice.
3. You will see a number beside each contact which will serve as an indicator. The trash icon will let you delete the contact from the Invoice to section.
4. You can assign each item to a contact by clicking the radio button below their designated number. In the above example, the labour cost will be invoiced to contact 2 while the delivery fee will be invoiced to contact 1.
5. When splitting invoices, you will be able to customise the intro message for each recipient. The final invoice that they will be receiving will only show the invoice line item that was assigned to them. You can also configure the invoices individually by toggling the configure switch.
You can also Preview the invoice and Job PDF of each invoice.
6. Tap on either Mark as invoiced or Send. Both buttons are available on the Preview invoice screen if the contact has Email enabled under the comms preferences on the contact details page. Regardless of which options you select, an invoice will still be generated and pushed to any existing integrations that you have on your trackr iO account.
