This article tackles how you can schedule and convert a quote to a job. Ideally, you would want to do this when the quote is already approved. You can schedule/convert a quote that has been sent but not approved, depending on your organisation's workflow. But for audit and tracking purposes, it's best to wait until the quote has been approved before converting it into a job. This ensures that both parties are in agreement regarding the scope of work, pricing, and other terms and conditions before any work begins.

To schedule an approved quote, tap on the quote to go to the edit quote screen. Tap on the Next button, and select Schedule from the dropdown menu.

You will then be routed to the job schedule screen. Tap on the date you would like to schedule the job. Select the start time and then tap on the small calendar icon to set an end time. Once done, select the Confirm.
