Custom Fields

Custom fields allow you to tailor the data collected and displayed to suit your specific organisation's needs. These fields are essential to capture additional information that is not covered by standard fields. Custom fields can be accessed by navigating to Setup → Custom Fields.

Contact Categories

Contact categories, you can see the list of available contact categories. You can add, edit, and delete on this screen as required. A contact category can be assigned to a contact as required.

A. Click on the New Category button to add a new category.

B. Clicking the pencil icon will allow you to edit existing contact categories.

C. The red rubbish icon deletes existing contact categories.

D. Search function - allows you to search for contact categories

Contact Relationships

Contact relationships are used to define the relationship of one contact to another. This helps to define the relationship between the contacts you wish to link to one another.

A. Click on the New Relationship button to add a new contact relationship.

B. Clicking the pencil icon will allow you to edit existing contact relationships.

C. The red rubbish icon deletes the existing contact relationship.

D. Search function - allows you to search for contact relationships.

Contact Territories

If you want to segregate the contacts between territories they belong to, you can set up contact territories.


A. Click on the New Territory button to add a new territory.

B. Clicking the pencil icon will allow you to edit existing territories.

C. The red rubbish icon deletes the existing territories.

D. Search function - allows you to search for territories.

Custom Exception

You can create custom exceptions for chemical tests on this page.

A. Click on the New Exception button to add a new exception.

B. Clicking the pencil icon will allow you to edit existing custom exceptions.

C. The red rubbish icon deletes the existing custom exceptions.

D. Search function - allows you to search for custom exceptions.

Sanitisers

On this page, you will be able to manage the Sanitisers. The Sanitisers added from this page will show up as an option when setting sanitisers for pools.

A. Click on the New Sanitiser button to add a new exception.



NOTE: Ensure you assign the correct classification to any new sanitisers.

IMPORTANT: Remember to add the required exceptions for your sanitiser when complete



B. Clicking the pencil icon will allow you to edit existing sanitisers.

C. The red rubbish icon deletes the existing sanitisers.

D. Search function - allows you to search for sanitisers.

E. An indication that it's a system/default sanitiser which means that you cannot edit/delete it.

Surfaces

This is the page where you can set up surfaces to be used when creating a new pool. You can see the list of available Surface Types. On this screen, you can add/edit/delete as required. However, system generated/default surfaces cannot be altered.

A. Click on the New Surface button to add a new surface.

B. Clicking the pencil icon will allow you to edit existing surfaces.

C. The red rubbish icon deletes the existing surfaces.

D. Search function - allows you to search for surfaces.

E. An indication that it's a system generated surface which cannot be edited and deleted.
