This page is where you can configure the email settings intended for the lab. You can customize your water testing communication by including merge tags that pull specific customer information to make your communication more personalized.
Accessing the Lab email settings
Navigate to Setup → Lab → Email to access the email settings.

1. This is the email address you want customers to reply to. If left blank, the organization email will be used instead.
3. Toggle the Next test reminder option if you want to enable email reminders for the next water test.
3. This is where you can customize the whole messaging for the next water test reminder for customers who opt-in for email reminders. You can use the formatting toolbar to format your email according to your preference.
4. In this field, you can customize the water test results email for customers who opt-in to receive the results through email.
5. Personalize your customer communications using the pre-defined sample merge tags. These merge tags allow you to dynamically insert customer-specific or organization-related information into your messages, making them more relevant and engaging.
6. Click the Save button to save your changes.
