In the Work Order section you can set the disclaimer and what you want to include in the work order that is to be sent to your customer. On this page, you can have the option to customize the disclaimer according to your organization's policies as well as the global settings for what details to include on the work order.
Accessing Work Order settings
Go to Setup → Jobs → Work Order to access the job sheet settings page.
1. Work Order settings toggle - Toggle each switch if you wish to include each detail in your job sheet:
Show job photos
Show chemical history
Show tasks list
Show water test results
Show chemical actions
2. Work Order disclaimer customization field - You can add your personalized job sheet disclaimer to this field. The message will appear on the footer of the job sheet.
3. Preview PDF and Save buttons - Click on Preview PDF button should you want to check how the work order appears as a PDF. The save button to apply the changes.
Any changes you make will only be applied to future work orders.
