Jobs - List View

To see any 'Unscheduled' jobs, filter by status 'Unscheduled'.

In the 'List' view, you can search for jobs, filter by dates and statuses, open jobs, edit recurrences, delete jobs, or end recurrences.

Access List View


Click 'Jobs' in the 'Main menu', then click 'List'.

Search for jobs

Click on the 'Search jobs' bar and enter the contact or pool details to perform an auto-search.

Filter by Status

  • Click the 'Filter by Status' drop-down box at the top of the screen.

  • Select which status you wish to filter by:

    • All

    • Open

    • WIP (work in progress)

    • Completed

    • Done

    • Invoiced

    • Job sheet sent

    • Unscheduled

Filter by Date

  • Enter a date manually or select one-click 'From date' and enter the date you wish to start the search. You can either enter a date manually or select a date from the calendar. Enter a date manually or select one

  • You can also search by the following by selecting them:

    • This Week

    • Last Week

    • Last 7 Days

    • Current Month

    • Previous Month

    • Next Month

  • Click the 'Reset' on the right-hand side of the date to reset the 'Date' filters.

Columns

You can use the columns tab to adjust the columns shown on the page.

You can also sort and pin columns by hovering over a specific column heading and clicking the three dots. Click the 'Columns' button at the top left of the jobs list.

Select what you need to be displayed in the columns by toggling the switch to the left of each option or clicking 'Hide all' or 'Show all';

  • Date/Time

  • Recurrence

  • Status

  • Job no.

  • Tech

  • Start time

  • End time

  • Job type

  • Contact

  • Pool

  • Notes

Filters

You can also add additional filters to the displayed job information by clicking 'Filters' to the right of 'Columns'.

  • Select Columns filters;

    • Status

    • Job no.

    • Tech

    • Job type

    • Notes

  • Then select Operator;

    • Is

    • Is not

    • Is any of

  • Then select Value;

    • Open

    • WIP

    • Completed

    • Done

    • Invoiced

    • Job sheet sent

You can also add additional filters by selecting + 'Add filter' or remove the filters by clicking 'Remove all'.

Export

  • You have the option to export the list of displayed jobs.

  • Click the 'Export' button on the right-hand side of 'Filters' to export/download the displayed list in CSV format.

Actions

  • Edit Recurrence - Click the 'Recurrence' icon on the right-hand side of the job.

  • Delete Job - Click the 'Delete' button on the right-hand side of the job.

  • End Recurrence - Click the 'Red x' on the right-hand side of the job.
