This guide provides an overview of how to customize and configure the appearance of the trackr iO application. You can find options and settings to change the interface's appearance, adjust usability features, or optimize performance.
The Theme and App settings buttons are displayed at the top-right corner.
1. What's New? - Latest News from the Trackr iO team
2. Quick Links - Easily create a new job, contact, water test, quote, and add a new product by clicking on the plus icon.
3. App Settings - we recommend that you try out the different settings to see which best suits you.
Color Scheme - Choose between light or dark
Layout - This will change the whole layout of the user interface primarily the placement of the navigation menu.
Content - Choose between Wide and Compact for a more tailored look.
Table Density - Control the table density through these settings. Choose between Compact, Standard, or Comfortable.
Contrast - You can select between normal if you want to use the default contrast settings of the user interface or high contrast to make elements stand out more sharply.
4. Fin AI Help Agent. The AI chat can help you with most questions right away. If Fin can't resolve it, Fin will make sure the right team follows up with you.
Account Settings
Click the Profile icon to display which user account is currently logged in.
In the Profile box that displays:
Click the pencil icon to edit the user profile (Edit User settings).
Click the Logout button to log out of trackr iO. NOTE: There is no warning that you're logging out of the system.
