Calendar Overview

Overview

The Calendar overview in the Jobs section provides an overview of all jobs based on their service dates and assigned technicians. In this view, you can see the jobs scheduled for a day.


View jobs by day, week, and month.

The 'Navigation' buttons, which allow you to change the Calendar view, are located at the top-right corner of the 'Calendar' page.

Click the 'Day' button to switch to the 'Day' view. This will display each technician's job for the day and unassigned jobs that are scheduled for that specific day.


Select 'Month' from the 'Navigation' buttons to switch to the monthly view. This provides an overview of the entire month for all technicians. To see the monthly calendar for a specific technician, click on "Grouped by Tech", and then select the technician to view their scheduled jobs for the whole month.

Select 'Week' from the 'Navigation' buttons to switch to the weekly view. This will display the total hours of job duration for each day.

View unscheduled jobs

Click on the 'View unscheduled' button to view jobs that are not scheduled yet.


View unassigned jobs

The 'Unassigned' jobs are listed under the 'Unassigned' label in the list of technicians in the 'Calendar' view.

A job can be scheduled but unassigned and vice versa.

View job details

There are several ways to view the job details within the 'Calendar' view.

  • Hover the mouse over one of the jobs in the 'Calendar'. Additional details and options will appear. Click on the 'View job' button to view and edit the job on another page.

  • Click directly on the job, and you will be immediately directed to the 'Edit job' page.

Filter job searches by technician, tags, and color, and choose display options.

To filter the jobs, click on the 'Filter' button. Here, you can filter the jobs by technician, tags, color, location, status, and display options.

New job

Click the 'New Job' button to create a new job from the 'Calendar' view.

Reschedule a job

  • You can drag the job to the new time slot to reschedule a job to a different time.
    ​​

  • If you want to reschedule and move it to a different date, click on the 'Month' or 'Week' view first and drag the job to your preferred date.

    • When rescheduling/moving a job that is part of the recurrence, you would get a prompt to reschedule just the single job or if you want to apply the changes to the following jobs.

Access Map View

The 'Map' can be accessed by toggling the 'Map view' switch. It will also be shown when you are on the day view, when you click on the Technician's name.
